Yup, it's a barbarian Rogue. Halflings can make good rogues too, just a different type. With Halflings you want a very high dex, as close to 200 as you can get it and you want to use 2 small damage and fast weapons with DD Proc's. As you get older the proc's will be going off a Lot and that is what does the damage. Barbarians are better off with 1 high damage piercing weapon, and one weapon with nice stats and a high Damage DoT proc for secondary hand. Rogues get the Backstab skill, which is based majorley off the Strength and the damage of the weapon. You want to have DoT proc in secondary because it won't be proc'ing that often, and the DoT's do a lot of damage every time it procs. DoT's do more damage than DD's for the most part, because they take time to do it. For example 1 weapon has a 75 point DD proc, and another has a 230 point DoT.
