OVERTHERE

The Overthere is the evil Outpost, like Firona Vie is for the good aligned races. You can hunt in parts of it and buy/sell/bank, etc. in the town part of it if your are of evil alingnment. The Guards are VERY high level, some about 60. They are normally inside of town, but will go outside into the hunting areas often. They march from the tunnel entrance at the outpost to the entrance of FM and all areas in between. As long as you are careful you should be fine, and make sure to have SOW on ALWAYS. Sometimes people shout when the "goons" start marching, Dragoons are the dark elf guards. 

The zone of The Overthere is rather large and squarish. On one corner is the Outpost on the same side of the zone as the outpost is water. On the opposide side of the water is the FM zone. One either side, left or right, of the FM zone are two zones, skyfire ans warsilik woods.

The guards stay inside the outpost some and patroll outside of the outpost as well. (A friend said that they patrol during the night and stay inside the outpost during the day, not sure if it's true though I'll have to check it out) YOU are KoS there, and can not go near the city.
